We offer the following services:

  • Production of prototypes, patterns, masters
    and models using our two Stratasys FDM machines. Our
    largest machine has a build volume of 18x18x24 inches.
    Both our FDM 2000 and 8000 are capable of an accuracy of +/- 0.005 inches.
    The FDM process uses ABS material which produces a model
    that can be sanded, drilled, tapped and painted.

  What is Rapid Prototyping ?
      Rapid Prototyping (RP) is the accurate physical modeling of a design from a 3D CAD drawing. The 3D CAD drawing may be based on data from Solid Modeling drafting packages, medical or other 3D digitized scan data. The 3D drawing is sectioned into many thin slices and the data is passed to a machine that recreates layer by layer, the model geometry in solid form. Where the fine accuracy and finish of a RP model is not required, a 3D printing process can use the same data to quickly produce a model for conceptual evaluation.
